Memorial Day floral arrangements will need to be picked up no later than the second Tuesday following the holiday.  Any items left after this time will be picked up and disposed of by the Caretaker.

Vases, new or replaced are to be on the north or south side of monuments.  

The Caretaker shall have the authority to remove all floral designs, flowers, weeds, trees, shrubs or herbage of any kind from the Cemetery as soon as, in the judgment of the Caretaker, they become unsightly or detrimental or do not conform to the standards maintained. 

The Cemetery Association will not be liable for lost, broken or damaged floral pieces, baskets, vases or plants. 

The Cemetery Association reserves the right to regulate the decorating of lots, so that a uniform beauty may be maintained.  

No flowers, plants, trees or shrubs may be planted on any Cemetery grounds, including any lot of ownership.
